Within 24 hours we will process the booking and inform about reservation status. In case of a positive order evaluation, the client will receive by email Accommodation contract (further Contract). Filled up and signed contract please email by return to chataraj@chataraj.sk During the course of 3 days after receiving Contract, you have to make a payment to given account - amount stated in the Contract, otherwise the reservation is not binding. The payment confirmation has to be emailed together with signed Contract. In case of deposit, client has to pay, unless stated differently, 50% from the final price of stay and ordered services. The rest of the contractual sum will be paid on arrival date. If the time till the beginning of the stay is less than 35 days, client has to pay 100% of the total sum for the stay and ordered services. After the deposit payment for the stay, the purchaser will receive by mail a "voucher", to guarantee the client the prepaid services.
Client is obliged to: The property has to be returned on departure in original condition. The client is responsible for all damages caused on real property and chattel. |
